At Blue Skies Café, we use whipped Italian mascarpone for all our creams — smooth, airy, and decadently light. Our fruit creams and curds are made entirely in-house using real fruits, not flavourings, ensuring each bite is bright, natural, and full of character.

Choose from a thoughtfully curated selection of miniature delights:

• Choux: Raspberry or Vanilla Bean – crisp shells filled with silky mascarpone cream.

• Fresh Fruit Sablé Breton: Buttery, crumbly base topped with vibrant seasonal fruits.

• Mini Bundt Cakes: In inventive flavours like Matcha-Raspberry, Lemon-Tea, or Chocolate-Miso.
