At Blue Skies, every meal tells a story — one that began in my grandmother’s kitchen. A first-generation Singaporean, she cooked with heart and instinct, her Indian recipes rich with the aromas of spice and home. My mother carried those traditions forward, blending them with the bold, vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia. Her spiced coconut rice, an ode to nasi lemak, is a perfect reflection of that fusion — Indian in soul, yet deeply rooted in the tastes of our region.

Today, that legacy continues at our café in the heart of Little India, Singapore. Our menu celebrates the evolution of that heritage — from wholesome Indian comfort food to modern plates shaped by Southeast Asian influences and French techniques.

By day, we serve creative brunch dishes that honour familiar flavours in new ways. Try our Croque Madame layered with garam masala–spiced béchamel, or the Grandma’s Spiced French Toast with cumin and chorizo sausage. Each plate is hearty, comforting, and designed for sharing — just as family meals always were.

As evening falls, Blue Skies transforms into a cosy spot for relaxed dining. Enjoy small plates and mains like the Fowl Play Burger with hot honey fried chicken or our indulgent Rowell Mac & Cheese — perfect for casual dinners or corporate retreats in Singapore.

And of course, no visit is complete without our pastries and viennoiserie. Using French pastry techniques and the spices of my heritage, each creation bridges past and present — a tribute to the generations before me. Pair them with our signature medium-dark roast coffee or organic Himalayan teas for a truly memorable café experience.

At Blue Skies, tradition meets innovation, and every dish carries a piece of home. Generous portions, bold flavours, and genuine hospitality make us one of the best cafés in Little India for brunch, pastries, coffee, and heartfelt meals shared under blue skies.
